12 – 24 V Spark Plug Clutch

We manufacture with special phosphor bronze wires, which conduct 12 – 24 Volts current and run dry or in oil, with meticulously using flat sieve wire or with manufacturing bellows, and their outer bodies are completely insulating. Our product, which is used to prevent leakage and short circuit of the machine body and to prevent short circuit or leakage of the machine body, provides customer satisfaction.

12-24 V Spark Plug Clutch

12 – 24 Volts. The 12-24 V spark plug clutch, which conducts current and works in dry or oil, and is manufactured with special phosphor bronze wires, is one of the equipment that is frequently used in our age.

The spark plug is the piece of machinery that ignites the fuel-air mixture in internal combustion engines. Spark plugs create sparks by jumping high voltage electricity between two electrodes. The fuel, which has approached the combustion point under pressure in the cylinder, is ignited by this spark. This is how the “burn time” of the engine is realized.

  • The outer bodies of these equipments, which can be varied by using bellows or flat sieve wire, are completely insulating.
  • Insulation, which is a very important issue in terms of not causing short circuit or leakage in the machine body, is a precaution against undesirable events.
  • The location of the spark plug has to be exactly central. From the terminal area of the spark plug, it has a middle electrode placed in the hub.
  • The insulation part is also important for the part. At the bottom of the spark plug, there is the ground electrode, which is placed facing the electrode.
  • The high voltage current is carried directly to the ground electrode without deflection. Here, the spark occurs exactly during the meeting of the transmission. 12-24 V spark plug clutch is one of the elements that play an important role in the working principle of the spark plug.
  • Any spark plug has a steel body. At the bottom there is a thread for screwing the candle and side electrode to the baffle piece. Inside the candle body, there is a metal rod in a sealed insulator, it acts as a central electrode. In its upper part, there is a thread to collect the end of the armored wire. The basis of the candle is a ceramic insulator.
  • For correct and durable operation, the lower part of the insulator must reach a temperature of up to 600 0 C while the engine is running. Under these conditions, complete combustion of the oil entering the electrodes occurs and no carbon deposits are formed. At this temperature, self-cleaning candles.
  • If the temperature is lower, the oil does not burn completely and a carbon crust forms on the electrodes, insulator and candle body. The consequence of this is the failure of its operation, the loss of the spark source.
